They don't answer my emails, there is no way to communicate with them, my order has been there for more than 3 months and there is no refund or product.

Key holder loose and keeps on coming off

The screw that keeps the keys in is either too tight, or gets loose very easily. I already put the washer in there, but same problem. Very disappointed. I hope support will be helpful.

Comes apart

The concept is great, but the darn thing kept coming loose. I had to keep tightening the rivet on the back. I didn't use more keys than it said and it still came apart. A few days ago it just completely came apart so my husband frustratingly handed it to me. We gave up and now the parts are sitting in a plastic bag.

Nearly lost our keys

Absolutely love this. But the damn thing came apart and we lost the house keys. Fortunately we were able to retrace our steps and were able to find them. However the two parts of the rivet were just too small to locate.
