Christmas Return Policy

Our normal return policy is 21 days, but we are extending that for the holidays.

If one of your friends or family members isn't happy with the KeySmart, he or she will be able to return it until February 1, 2017 with no questions asked.  (Realistically though... we think that is highly unlikely to happen)

All items purchased on from now until January 1, 2017 can be returned until February 1, 2017.

You can return any items received through, but we have three stipulations:

  • Items must be undamaged in order to be eligible for return or exchange.
  • You will have to pay to ship your order back. (Email us and we can get you discounted shipping) 

Please contact if you need to make a return.  

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

2 Year Warranty

All new KeySmarts purchased at come with a 2 year warranty.

If your KeySmart breaks under normal wear and tear within 2 years of purchase, we will replace it for you.

To claim your warranty please email with:

  • Your Order Number (If you can't find it that is OK...we should be able to locate it in our system)
  • Pictures of Your Broken KeySmart
  • A Brief Description Of How Your KeySmart Broke (This information helps us to keep improving the design of the KeySmart) 

Customs Fees

Unfortunately customs fees are subject to the buyer; we will not be able to assist with customs fees. Please check with your customs department prior to purchasing for additional information.


After your return is approved, a refund will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a week.

Late or Missing Refunds

Please contact your bank and then credit card company if your refund has not been posted after a week. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale Items

If approved, sale items will be refunded at sale price.


We accept exchanges of undamaged items within 21 days of the customer's receipt.  Customer must pay additional shipping and handling charges. Please send us an email at, and we will provide you with a return address.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.


To return your product, please email, and we will provide you with a return address. Please do not ship items back unannounced, we may not be able to refund your purchase if you do.

Apologies, but we are a small company and cannot afford to refund your shipping costs.  You will have to pay for the shipping cost of returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping ($1.99 for domestic or $6.99 for international) will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
