I got three of them. They all work right? They’re just as good as an AirTag if not better they’re heavy so they’re hard to break or destroy. They got a lot of weight to it. I like it I would buy another one or another three.

First, I would love Android compatibility. I left the Apple ecosystem when Tim Cook gifted T*ump a gold bar. Second, it doesn't appear to work with the iPhone SE 3. Even if I do a factory reset, the devices (I have two) are not detected. They play the sound but... Nothing. They don't show up as Bluetooth beacons on my Android scanner either.

I received the Key Smart lock as a gift and was anxious to put it to use. The first time, I arrived to my hotel after a flight and I could not open the lock. Somehow during transit, something scraped the lock across the lock number dial and the dial could not turn. I had to request help from my hotel to have the lock cut off. Despite advertising how difficult the lock is to cut, we cut it off with tree loppers.

My order never arrived, shipping has said onboard for delivery for 8 days now but hasn’t been delivered. I’ve tried contacting them but they have stopped replying. SCAM

I just took a trip, and tracking on my luggage is delayed for about 10 minutes. I have multiple products from Keysmart. Sometimes inaccurate location of tracking product.

Brought 3 locks. One does not open Company would no authorized return

I finally received this smart lock. First impressions are:
- it is huge and heavy - unlike the Apple AirTag which is light
- Battery can be accessed with a coin - which defeats the purpose of the tracking device, since this device also locks your bag.
- The steel rope which fastens to the lock is thin - hence can be cut with a pair of side cutters.

The concept is good however, the execution needs improvement

The ability to track the device location is great but if your luggage is lost/stolen with the lock , the person can easily remove the battery from the lock and thus disabled the ‘Find My Item’ function. Would be better if the device is rechargeable to make it more secure.

Will be great for my upcoming trip as it will work with my iPhone 17Pro Plus

Tags are ok … pretty easy to use … but I still can’t get the locks to work at all! Will have to get them back to their factory settings.

Think that these locks will work well.

I'm sure the product is excellent however I have an Android phone I did not realize this was for Apple only

The checkers have helped me secure, missing items, not only that it has prevented some theft in the past with trucker devices, such as this when traveling.

That’s more of a question, the battery compartment is easy accessible for anyone who wants to disable the tracker. Basically, remove the battery and tracker is dead, is that correct?

Very hard to set the combination. No in customer service to call. Can’t find on YouTube. Need to set combination. Help
