Mine worked fine for around 6 months but now the battery has swollen into a large bulge which makes the card much fatter and possibly unsafe

So much for ‘Ships in 12 Hours’. I ordered these around September 20th. It’s October 8 and I still haven’t received any shipping notifications. I wouldn’t be too unhappy if the website was honest with their advertising and shipping times. I emailed Customer Service and received what looked like an AI response with a bunch of emojis. Not exactly teeming with professionalism.

My wallet is missing and I can’t find it — exactly the situation this product is supposed to prevent. It was fully charged and connected, yet it hasn’t updated its location since July 20th. It’s now August 7th, and the tracker is useless. The whole point of buying this was so I could find my wallet if it was lost, but it completely failed when I needed it most.

Third update

After 27 days of shipping and the company not responding to why it’s taking so long and acting like they were a US base company and not someone that drop shipped from China. I finally received my product one of Their credit card sized Wallet trackers while it was easy to set up and easy to use if my wallet is in my bedroom and I’m sitting on my couch, which is no more than 25 feet away. It will not connect so I took it out of the wallet and set it on the table in my bedroom same result. The range of this products Bluetooth is subpar while it’s the only one currently that I could find that uses the Find My app for Apple. I’m not sure it’s worth the money. You literally have to be in the same room to find it and connect.

Love the way it fits in my wallet and that it’s rechargeable. Definitely great to know where my wallet is at all times. The “notify when left behind” feature definitely gives plenty of false alerts. It happens at least once or twice a day. I’m hesitant to turn that notification off because I’d love to have that when it really happens. Other than that it’s great.

I've only been using the SmartCard for a few weeks and it's already causing minor headaches. I get multiple false positives ("this device is no longer detected near you") every day when it's definitely in my wallet in back pocket. However, seeing that alert on my watch / phone always causes a mild panic before I realize the SmartCard is wrong and very much in my possession. It would be great if this thing would alert me when I've ACTUALLY misplaced it. It is super thin and battery is still showing full charge. I really think there's potential here. Maybe mine's just bugged, but maybe not?

I have a question…can a thief find out is there any alarm beeping .i mean to say ..dose this tracker let the thief know is there any tracking device..like Apple tag

it does what its suppose to do. easy set up. the sound is really low, and its heavier than a collague's papercard keyless card.

My opinion and experience is that this is a waste of money. I wouldn't buy it again. The device disconnected and it doesn't even show last location. Then, it randomly beeps, which is a real nuisance and could be problematic seeing how you never know when it is going to, i.e. work, school, church, etc. I understand that the premise is it prevents people from using it to covertly track people but it could be a real danger if ever you're in a position that you don't want anyone to know where you are at, i.e. law enforcement and you are clearing a location, or a stalked person trying to hide from the stalker, etc.

I am quite impressed with these key smart cards. They obviously fit anywhere a credit card will fit and despite being so thin, they seem very durable. I wish the charge lasted more than 3-4 months, but the fact that I can just place it on a charger is so much easier than the once a year battery change of my Apple air tags

This is the 3rd tracker I got for my wallet, and finally I feel I found a perfect product. One of the thinnest, great range and volume, and finally I don’t have to buy a new one when the battery dies. Unlike my previous, disposable ones, this one charges at any iPhone MagSafe charger I have tried.

I haven’t tested it with Android but I don’t have any reasons to doubt that it works well on that side, too. This makes it a great gift, as it works no matter which ecosystem the recipient rides on.

I find it absolutely essential to have a tracker in the wallet, and this one is doing everything well. To a degree that now I am considering using these instead of AirTags in some other items where either can work. Precision finding in Airtags is nice, but the ability to charge it instead of hunting for a new battery is sometimes very appealing.

Out of stock, to receive product faster than a month had to switch to a different version. Still took a couple of weeks coming directly from China. Once received it took an hour to pair each card, they refused to pair up as easily as the instructions and videos showed.

Have not recieved the replacements yet.

Purchased two Key Smart SmartCards and they only worked about 2 months or so before losing their charge. Couldn't get the re-charged cards to connect to Apples Find My app. Requested a return online and haven't heard back from them in over 2 weeks. Disappointing!
