Frustrated

I did not order or receive Premium Key Holders. What I did receive was three smart cards but there was no instruction how to use them. I tried to contact someone for help without any luck. I would love to use them but don’t know how!
I also ordered and received 3 snap-n-charge power banks and a 360 universal magnetic cable. Again there were no adequate instructions and what little there was did not work. My daughter suggested I go to UTube to find instructions but I did not have any luck there and do not have the time to try to learn how to use Utube.
I am part of the older generation and, while I have worked with computers since 1966, things a radically different. We older people still want to order and use interesting and helpful devices but it is important that we have a little extra consideration and help. At the present time I think the devices I ordered from you will go unused and unrecommended. I would strongly suggest a User Helpline.

Perfect. Works in my Ridge wallet, a bit thicker than a credit card, helps me find my wallet (or whatever item I leave my wallet it ex. car, jacket, bag), conversely helps me find phone, and is easily recharged.
Bonus: “Find My” shows the charge level. Buy it.
