Product broke, Warranty not honored, and no customer service reply

KeySmart X broke within 5 months. I have to leave my comments with this keychain because they no longer sell the X. I emailed KeySmart and they replied the following day saying they would send me a replacement. I have not received anything in two months and no one replies to my weekly emails. Cheap product, poor customer service and garbage warranty

Great Idea, but D grade on key attachment method.

I received the Key Smart Max for Christmas, and although the uploading and activating was super easy, I am VERY frustrated and disappointed in trying to put the keys into the device. First of all, even though package stated up to 14 keys, I cannot even get 7 keys onto the too short screw, without spacers. Secondly, it was extremely difficult unscrewing the key holder pin to open up the two sections. I even used a better regular screw driver as the tiny bullet of plastic was useless. I highly recommend lengthening the screw or adding sections to help lengthen it to 14 keys. I also would have a better screw driver, and deeper tap to unscrew it, OR better yet, a Allen Wrench is much better/easier o use.
In the meantime, I just wanted to know how to fix this so I can put my keys in it going forward. I am just going to attach keys outside it like a key fob, which is so NOT ideal, but all I can think of for now.
