At first it wasn’t quite what I thought it was going to be. For some reason I thought it was going to be a solid thing to tuck keys into which was my fault for not realizing that but I have actually grown to kind of like the product. And it hasn’t fallen apart like I thought it might.
Very happy with my purchase and I recommend this product. I just regret that an essential extension kit is not provided to put the planned number of keys (about 4 or 5 keys). I had to use the one from a previous purchase
Does not fit keys from Ruko
I been trying to get a hold of their customer services for almost a month to correct my order (missing items); so far they have not acknowledged nor replied. I am very surprise that they don’t check what’s being shipped and if the qty is correct. I have send multiple emails asking for updates. To date; no reply that they will correct my order. Regards, Disappointed customer.
The Key Smart Air is an absolute worst product. It just broke in one day use. I reached out multiple times to the customer service there’s just no help. They asked you to ship the broken cheap product they made and pay for shipping for them to do refunds. I would never recommend or buy this company’s products. Be safe.
