The max is great, only the key fob holder came apart. Keysmart stands behind its unit thanks for the fix of the issue. The system is great!
The tile app works well. I would like to see an ultimate version that combines the keysmart max and the rugged version.
I had the OG original KeySmart, and finally upgraded to the KeySmart Max, after having put my original KeySmart through the ringer. I received my KeySmart Max a day earlier than they said it would arrive. It came nicely packaged, and I had it paired to my phone in 5 minutes after letting it fully charge, the keys were a tad finicky to put on, but other than that, I've had no issues. I LOVE it!! No more jingling of keys, or stabbing myself with an errant key when putting them in my pocket.
I bought the originals I believe 2016-2017 and they are still working pretty damn good except for the reduced battery life. I don't know what it is with all these reviews, I've never had a problem and always excellent customer service. I have since ordered a couple for family and they've had no problem either. Shipping was always good and fast. I think the only pain in the ass could be getting the keys loaded. I do verily believe that most of these negative reviews are useless eaters in this world and nothing more. Thank you smart for a good 7 ye
